5.3. Performance assessment in stakeholder workshop
The interventions selected in phase three will be assessed through a participatory stakeholder workshop, consisting of four key exercises:
Contextualisation and presentation of the results of the previous phases
Validation of the CLD and analyse the effects of interventions on the system
Assessment of barriers and facilitators to the intervention
Assessment of perceived impacts of the intervention on ecosystem services.
Workshop Overview
The workshop begins with an introduction to the WEFe nexus challenges and selected interventions, followed by a brief overview of the agenda and exercises. The session requires a moderator, facilitators, and a group representative. The moderator ensures smooth facilitation and time management, while facilitators support subgroup activities and record notes.
The group representative acts as a spokesperson for each subgroup.
These exercises encourage active participation from all stakeholders to collaboratively assess and validate the interventions.
