3. Second phase: Diagnosis
The second phase of the WEFe Framework 2.0, the diagnosis phase, is concerned with identifying, describing, and “diagnosing” the WEFe nexus problem. The problem encompasses the biophysical and ecological, as well as the socio-economic dimensions of the focal area.
The diagnostic phase includes three (to four) methodological steps:
